You need You!

Hi! Hope you people are doing great. Here are some steps to handle extremly senstive skin. These days because of excessive chemical products use,environmental pollution,unhygienic and unhealthy diet people are facing multiple skin senstivity related issues. So i decided to share some steps that would really work for these issues. We will start from inside to outside that mean from our eating habits to topical care.
  1. If  you know that you are allergic to any kind of food like nuts,meat,rice etc try to cut off that from your eating schedual by slowing its use and then completely avoiding.
  2. Consume more vegetable and fruit portions in proportion to meat.
  3. Avoid consumption of soft drink e.g soda drinks and arificial colours rich drinks.
  4. Try to control junk food cravings, you may know its one of big reasons of long term hazards to our body.
  5. Drink atleast 10 to 12 glass of water per day.
  6. Use one lemon,one spoon honey once a day in a drink or in any shape as you would like.
  7. Limit use of deep fried food items and baked items.
  8. Stay active for atleast 30 minutes in a day.
  9. Take shower on every other day with a low ph soap or foaming liquid rather then every day.
